What the heck is the TKRC?

It's not rocket surgery. It's just a collection of recipes, kind of like fine art...except they produce something useful and probably couldn't have been created by a three-year-old with finger paint.

Sure, there are a lot of websites out there with recipes from skilled, classically-trained chefs, but where is the excitement in that? The recipes you will find here are extensively tested (i.e. at least once) and usually only contain ingredients that you can find in a typical grocery store. Some of the recipes are my original creations, others are sent in by loyal TKRC members, and the rest are inspired by recipes created by professional cooks who actually know what they are doing.
